Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
This confidential service enables patients to share any concerns they may have or pass on any compliments.
Friends and Family test
Would you recommend us to your friends and family? This is what we ask as part of the friends and family test.
If you have a complaint, talk to someone close to the cause of your concern wherever possible.
The trust uses national surveys such as the CQC’s Adult Inpatient Survey as a measure of its success.
