Being diagnosed and treated for cancer can make it more difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This might be due to stress and anxiety or the physical symptoms of the cancer. Addressing the underlying cause of your sleeplessness is of course the best answer, but is unfortunately not always possible.
There are however some generic things that you can do to improve your chances of a good night’s sleep.
