Delivering equality is a key part of the Trust’s overall Equality and Diversity Strategy and a major part of the wider NHS agenda to build an equitable health service. Equality issues run through all of our aims and objectives and are central to the way we deliver them.
The refreshed NHS Equality Delivery System known as EDS2 includes a core set of outcomes and a more streamlined grading system to help us to understand our equality performance.
