Important information

There are 3 locations for the clinics and although we do try to accommodate patient requests for certain clinics. There may be times when this is not possible and appointments will be offered for an alternative site.

It is very important that you attend your appointment on time as you may not be able to be seen if you arrive late for your appointment. If you are not able to attend your appointment, please telephone 07960536806 to cancel. The appointment line is open Mon-Fri 9am-2pm (excluding bank holidays).

Appointments cancelled on the same day will be record as ‘Did Not Attend’ as it would not be possible to offer the appointment to other patients at short notice.

Please be advised that if you have 3 failed appointments in a row, you will be discharged from the complex wound clinic service and referred back to your GP practice.

There is lift access in each clinic.
