We are delighted to invite our staff and public members, alongside any members of the public who wish to join us, to our next Medicine for Members event on Monday 11th March 2024. Come along and find out more about our community services and the support available to keep people safe at home.
There will be an opportunity to meet some of the teams from 5.30pm (prior to the presentations beginning at 6.15pm). We will showcase services including Rapid Response, our service for housebound people who are seriously unwell that can ensure we provide them with support closer to home, and our Virtual Frailty Ward which allows us to deliver care at home for people who would otherwise be admitted to hospital. We also have staff who will be delivering services from the Sister Winifred Laver Promoting Independence Centre and our palliative care service Hospice at Home.
Our Staff and Public Governors will also be available to meet informally with any guests who wish to sign up to Foundation Trust Membership. Our Governors represent the interests of members, the public and our staff and they are really interested in meeting with you to hear your views on the Trust and our services.
Refreshments will be provided alongside free onsite parking if you pre-register your vehicle with us (which you can do when reserving a space through Eventbrite). Further information on the exact location of the event and the reserved parking will be available on registration.
